Membership accounts

If you create a membership account, whether for the shopping area of the website, the forum or the documentation site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities performed using your account. In the future we may add the ability for you to post reviews and comments using your account, but we reserve the right to remove spam or otherwise obscene or offensive content. If you do submit content, we reserve the right to reproduce the material royalty-free in any media and we may reference your name.

When you order from us, we will collect information used for physical communication, such as delivery addresses and telephone numbers. We may relay this information to companies that provide services on our behalf, such as delivering your purchases. We will not re-distribute this information to any other third parties unless we are required by law. E-mail addresses may be used for future communications from us, and you can opt-in or opt-out of any promotional e-mails by e-mailing us at [email protected]. Credit, debit and/or bank account details are not collected or processed by us but are subject to our payment processor’s privacy policy.

Tax and duty

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the price at check-out (at the UK VAT rate of 20%). If you wish to purchase VAT-free using a valid EU VAT registration number, set up a customer account and add your EU VAT number to the account.

Orders from outside the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the price at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Arrangement of customs clearances, payment of any duties and taxes, and all other matters relating to import of purchases into the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Cancellation of orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. You have up to 14 days after the day you received your goods to cancel the order and return the unwanted goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will reimburse you for the cost of the cancelled products, and outward postage and packaging from us, but not for your return postage. We advise that all returned products should be sent with insurance cover as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We cannot process a payment for refund until we have received the returned goods.

All goods sold on this website, as well as any information provided by us, is by its nature, provided for hobby uses and should only be used by experienced individuals. Please take precautions as many items have a risk of causing burns, electric shock or starting a fire. 3D printers and other equipment using our products should not be left unattended when powered up. To the greatest extent permitted by law, we do not take any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any harm, loss (economic or otherwise) injury or death resulting from the assembly or operation of our products, or the use of any information supplied by us. Your use of the information and products supplied by us is entirely at your own risk. Your purchase of our products, or use of any of our products or information provided by us shall serve as your explicit acknowledgement of this fact.
