Delivery Information
We ship worldwide using the most appropriate method. Shipping costs are calculated once you have placed items in your shopping cart, but before committing to purchase. Please view your cart and enter your shipping destination to confirm your VAT status and get a shipping estimate.
We use a fully tracked delivery service provided by Royal Mail/DHL or other international couriers where appropriate. If you wish to discuss specific shipping requirements please send us an email at [email protected]. Individual product pages will contain information on dispatch times.
UK DELIVERIES
Royal Mail UK deliveries are usually 2-3 working days, Signed For if 1st class is selected, or the day after dispatch if Special Delivery is selected (Mon-Fri only). Please email us before ordering if you require Special Delivery on a Saturday.
DHL Parcels UK generally deliver on the next working day.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK
Royal Mail
International Tracked and/or International Tracked and Signed.
Please note that if Royal Mail Tracked and Signed is available to your location and you select this option it is full tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.
This is not available to some destinations and the order will either be tracked OR require a signature. Where both options are available we will use the tracked service. See this link for delivery options to your location.
- Europe – Royal Mail “Delivery Aim” is within 3 to 5 working days. It may take longer to certain countries.
- Major cities worldwide – within 5 working days
- Other destinations – within 7 working days
DHL Express Worldwide
DHL provides a fully tracked service with delivery times as little as one day to Europe by Express. Delivery times vary based on destination and service level – please check the DHL Delivery Service Web Page for the most up to date information.
DHL shipping quotes provided at the time of ordering assume that your locality is NOT classified as a remote area. We will check this when booking your shipment, and if DHL apply Remote Area charges, then we will contact you and offer the following choices: (1) payment of remote area charges, or (2) ship to an alternative, non-remote, address, or (3) send by Royal Mail and refund overpayment of shipping charges, if any.
DHL Economy Select
It can be quite a lot cheaper for deliveries to some countries and is recommended bulk shipments to the EU. Delivery times vary based on destination and service level – please check the DHL Delivery Service Web Page for the most up to date information.
The same caveat about remote areas applies.
