Duet3D offers consultancy services on a paid basis to customers using, or planning to use, our hardware, firmware and software products. These services cover a wide range of areas, including:

• Customisation of DuetWebControl.
• Additional feature development for RepRapFirmware.
• Configuration assistance for specific machine designs or other automation requirements.
• Custom hardware design and production.

Our engineers have a deep understanding of our control systems and can provide valuable insight and expertise to help you achieve your goals. This can enable faster time to market, reduced risk, improved performance, along with features not yet available in our standard offering.

While our consultancy services offer many benefits, they are not necessary for every customer.The configuration of our control systems for common 3D printers, CNC machines, and other automation tasks is straightforward and we provide comprehensive documentation to guide you through the process. We also have a thriving forum where you can ask questions and get help from the community.
